Entry fees include service and merchant fees.
1. The closing date for NOSH shirt orders is 1 May.
2. The closing date for personalised race bibs is 20 May.
3. Entries will close when our race limit is reached. Entry on race day or close to event date cannot be guaranteed.
4. Orienteering NSW members receive a 10% discount if entering before 21 May (contact Orienteering NSW or the Race Manager for the promo code). Running clubs with more than 10 runners registering for the event are also invited to contact the Race Manager to pre-arrange an event discount.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Online entries can be edited or transferred by participants until 21 May by logging back into their entry on Race Roster. Withdrawals should be directed to the event team. An administration fee plus processing costs for the transactions will be retained from the entry fee for any refunds. No refunds or transfers will be considered after 21 May.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

In entering the event you will be asked to accept personal responsibility for your participation, accept risks associated with your participation, accept publication of your result and also photographs or video of you as well as other entry conditions.  

Additional instructions may also be given in the lead-up to the event and on race day. By entering the race you also agreed to abide by any further directions given by race officials.

Note that there is no medical or other insurance provided as part of your entry. We recommend that all entrants maintain personal medical insurance.

If a pandemic, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances should make it necessary to postpone the event, all entries will be rolled over to the new event date.
