1. The closing date for NOSH shirt orders is 14 April.
2. The closing date for personalised race bibs is 22 May.
3. Entries will close when our race limit is reached. Entry on race day or close to event date cannot be guaranteed.
4. Orienteering NSW members receive a 10% discount if entering before 23 May. Running clubs with more than 10 runners registering for the event are also invited to contact the Race Manager to pre-arrange an event discount.
* Booking (3%) and merchant/payment processing fees (0.6-2.2%) are additional to the entry prices quoted above and will be added to your payments when registering for this event.

Note that if the NOSH event needs to be postponed due to circumstances outside organisers’ control, we will endeavour to conduct the event on Sunday 19 June 2022. If this is not feasible, and an alternate 2022 date cannot be agreed with stakeholders, the event will be canceled. Should this occur, all entries will be automatically rolled over to the planned event for the following year. If the 2022 event is rescheduled or entries rolled over to a 2023 event, entry fee refunds will be available (less a $10 administration fee) by request to the organisers.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Entry cancellations can be made up until 23 May by emailing the Event Manager. Please note though that a $10 administration fee will be retained from the entry fee. No refunds will be considered after this time.

Entries are not transferable.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

In entering the event you will be asked to accept personal responsibility for your participation, accept risks associated with your participation, accept publication of your result and possibly also photographs or video of you as well as other entry conditions.  

Prior to entry please read the FULL DETAILS of the risk warning, waiver as well as event statements and conditions. Additional instructions may also be given in the lead up to the event and on race day. By entering the race you also agreed to abide by any further directions given by race officials.

If a pandemic, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances should make it necessary to postpone the event, all entries will be rolled over to the new event date.
